Apollo holds a large database of business contacts, including (probably) you.
Simply fill in your email address on their opt-out form, they will then email you with a link to prove that you own the address. Go and click on that link and it will take you to a page displaying what they have on you and the option to delete it.

Possibly. Data brokers re-scrape public sources periodically, so your details may reappear after some time. It is worth checking back every few months and resubmitting a removal request if needed.
How long does this take to process?
Apollo sends a verification email straight away. Once you have clicked the link and confirmed deletion, removal is usually processed within a few days.
